My name is Dena Franks and I started bartending and serving after my daughter was born. It was the best way to spend the day with her and work while she was sleeping. I started at the neighborhood bar. I learned the basics and went on to work a few different places. I’ll never forget my first time making a martini! I was so intimidated!  I caught on quickly and now take pride in making a great martini!Bartending was fun, I loved the people and hearing their stories. I’ve made so many great friends over the years. There is always someone I know no matter where I go! As a single Mom, I worked a full time job and bartended at night. I managed to save and buy a house on my own in a town with a better school system for my daughter. I always dreamed of having a place with MY name on the door so I could do things my way. Customer service has always been my top priority. Smile, be kind, and keep your head up scanning the drinks and empty glasses. The time has come, my name is on the door and The Store bar and grill is in business. If you’re looking for great service and great food and cocktails, stop at the store! We would love to see you!
